Based on Letter No. 1504 / A.A2 / KP / 2015 on Pelaksanaan Pendataan Ulang Pegawai Negeri Sipil Tahun 2015 within Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi, the following stages of the registration page e-PUPNS 2015:
1. Open browser, and open this link : http://pupns.bkn.go.id/cara_daftar.html
2. Click button Register.

3. Register PUPNS
– Fill NIP, automatically Your Name and Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi show on Instansi Kerja.
– Fill your active email.
– Click button Lanjut.

4. Personal Data
– Fill Password, minimal 8 characters.
– Repeat again your Password.
– Fill your Mother’s Name (that use for recovery Password and Kode Registrasi).
– Choose your personal security reminder eg : “Siapakah nama binatang peliharaan saya?” Fill the answer at bottom of field.
– Fill uniqe code for captcha, if you not sure please click button “RECAPTCHA“.
– click button Registrasi.

5. If successful registration box will appear as follows:

– Click button Cetak for print “Bukti Pendaftara”n PUPNS.
– Click button Cetak Formulir for print personal data.
6. Keep “Bukti Pendaftaran PUPNS”  (“dipegang oleh PNS”) and submit to Human Resources/Kepegawaian  (“diserahkan Verifikator”).
7. For further information of “Pendaftaran PUPNS”, open : https://epupns.bkn.go.id/menu click button Cek Status, after verified by “Biro Kepegawaian”  then began fill the data at PUPNS.
